Went their for passport photo, the photographer did not even let us fix ourselves, the photo turned out so bad; you have to pay again if you want a much decent one. Later that day, my daughter and I went back for passport application, we got there 15 minutes before closing time, the manager took her time to attend to us, by the time she came to assist us there was only 7 minutes left before closing time, then she said "7 minutes for 2 applications, 7 minutes is not even enough for one", (said it with an attitude), if we knew how long it will take her to process the application we may have come earlier (checked the website, nothing about how long it will take to process an application) also if only we knew she will talked to us the way she did, we may have gone somewhere else, even if it's a bit further... already told our families and friends about their ill manners and bad services...
