I use this post office only because it's the closest/easiest one available that I know of, and it's a fair drive from Deebing Heights. Regardless of the travel, staff are always friendly and I can do what I need to do. Nothing has ever gone missing and I've not had issues collecting my parcels to date. Overall I'm happy with the service.

Some of the staff members (one in particular) there need a lesson in friendliness and good customer service. Only go there because it is my local post office. Would go elsewhere if another one close by.

I have always found this outlet to be friendly and helpfull. All my parcels get redirected here and their longer opening hours are very handy.

Effective and professional service, quick and easy, i don't have to wait too long for the queue which is saving me time.

I sometimes have no option but to go to this business as they are my local post office and that is where my parcels and registered mail goes, however if I have a choice I will certainly go to another post office. None of the staff have ever been anything other than at best cold, at worst downright rude. Avoid this place if you have a choice.
