Very long queues. Most staff are friendly, one or two are a bit bothered looking as if not wanting to be there. Great for buying gift cards from, quite a wide range to choose from. Should have more "tellers" open to shorten peoples waiting time. Sometimes there are only 2 people serving and the line of people is outside the door. I find pension days are the worst and avoid going in there at all costs

The are very helpful albeit a bit slow,but they are located very handily in a bunch of shops and therefore convenient to pay your bills etc.
