I have been in here twice. Once was satisfactory but no standout, nothing to complain about or promote but the other time I was kept waiting while the lady behind the counter continued to talk to the customer she was with for much longer than acceptable. I really didnt like having my needs ignored whilst they chatted away. This may have been a once off event because I am not a regular here but it was disappointing.
