Before I went to the collection centre at 228 Blackburn Road, Glen Waverley, I called the enquiry line and confirmed the goods has been sent there and can collect today. But the owner, who is very rude, told me I can only collect tomorrow it as the card written "next business day". He said he don't care if it's the queen or whoever, he does't care and is written there". It's just 15sec but he just want to show off his authority in his shop. His attitude is appalling and very rude especially if you use phone in his shop.

We have used the services of this Australia Post outlet just about every day for a year, and the level of service is great. Parking is convenient as there is street parking right in front of the door, and it's a Post Office only so there's very rarely queues. But the best thing is the high level of personal service that Daniel who runs the business gives to his customers. It's not just me, he knows most customers by name and always gives fast service and great advice. Not what you would expect from a post office. The Syndal outlet is Australia Post's best kept secret!
