Very casual. You can walk in and have a very friendly chat with the staff there. They sell everything from gift cards to envelopes. Overall, they are a good business!
Bob and the team there are the friendliest, most helpful Australia Post staff I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. They are helpful, patient and hard working. I can't praise them enough!
