Had a consult with a nurse to see my dogs teeth. He needed teeth extractions.
Vet nurse said all costs and info would be sent to me that afternoon. 3 times I had to reach out to them asking for a costs and a surgery date. It took a week for a vet / nurse to finally email me back.
I replied to their email. Yet again no contact with them 2 weeks on. I ended up going with rspca and they were much more informative and gave me the costs (which were $400 cheaper for the same work to be done) and appointment made on the spot.

Disappointed.

No one wants to badly review an animal shelter, but the staff member whom was supposed to help us adopt a new family member was just rude and judgemental (not just to us). They must get a lot of horrid people through there.
We were so put off, we drove to the other side of Melbourne to adopt our new best friend from the RSPCA whom is lovely playful rescue cat (as we first intended) and well loved. I found it very upsetting.

I have adopted two dogs there. My last dog I adopted him at 3 months of age till he reached 14 plus years. Now I have adopted a similar pup and love him also. The staff are very friendly and many volunteers help to walk the dogs every day. If any one wants to save a dog and give him a loving home please go to the shelter and help out the poor animal in need of a loving patient family who will take good care of the animal for the rest of his/her days. Also I recommend you try out the training lessons with stewart. This has helped my pups behaviour and mainly teaching me to teach him.
