In need to replace our old and dying heater, I rang around a few places before calling Australian Climate Systems. Daniel was very professional and took time to inspect my property. Others only quoted me 3 star units, whereas Daniel explained that 5 star units may cost more at the outset but will pay for itself in energy savings in the long run. He also taught us a thing or two about home heating. We opted to go with the 5 star unit.

Aaron and Corey were punctual when they came to do the install. There is not much space for them to maneuver under the house, but they managed to do a great job and got themselves muddy and dirty in the process. They also replaced some of the old ducting that were broken. I think the job took them longer than they thought, but they did not rush it.

All in all, we are very happy with our new heater after one week. Not to forget Kylie who is friendly and helpful on the phone and email. Australian Climate Systems is a top business, and we highly recommend them!

Customer service was very good, Jason listened to all our requirements for the system, worked to achieve them and kept us informed all through out the process.

Dan is an excellent Air Conditioning and Heating expert. He is fantastic at what he does, he has great knowledge in AC and heating and very professional. He spent time explaining every detail of what was required and made sure I understood. Kylie and the administration staff are very helpful and tradesmen were reliable, punctual and polite. I would definitely recommend using their services to anyone that needs AC and heating installed.

ACS were recommended to us by a fussy builder friend. He was correct in all details. ACS fitted two air con units in our home five months ago on time, all cleaned up, competitive price (not the most important consideration). They have very amenable, skilled and efficient staff in the office and on site. Both reverse cycle units work beautifully, quietly, and as suggested they would. We could not recommend any company and staff more highly.

Had a multihead (4) Daikin air-conditioning system installed whilst building a new home. Chose Australian Climate Systems as we like to support local suppliers.
