Really great service and quoted me a reasonable price for supply and install of a split system. Daniel came to check out where to put the split system and took measurements and took down my requirements. He suggested they could patch up where the old air con box is taken out which saved me getting a brickie. He also provided the plasterer they use. The install was also professional and done well. Today we had our ducted heating installled. The customer service was fantastic and dealing with the office was nothing short that brilliant. Daniel was our first contact and he was helpful, direct and very easy to discuss any issues we had. He was very knowledgeable of the product and nothing was to hard for him to answer. Nathan and his team of installers where very prompt, polite and very professional. The level of team work shown and transparency was excellent. I was kept informed of every step and the way they cleaned up was fantastic. They took so much pride in their work and how they left my house was magnificent.
