Happy with my training. Staff are very helpful I now have a amazing job.

Not enrolled in any full time course, but avoid doing an evening make up course there! Started doing the make up artistry course, I specifically asked on enrolment when the course would be finishing as I had a holiday booked, I assured everything would be complete within the 8 weeks. This was not the case, the public holidays extended it by a week thus clashing with the exam date. Staff were rude and unapologetic, they wanted another $150 for me to sit the exam at another time and claimed I was sold the course as a 16 lesson course not 8 weeks. Extremely poorly run college where all they are after is your money. Further in regards to the actual course, although you are told make up is provided, the tutor told us the make up was rubbish but they seem to have a mish mash of things as opposed to providing all the basics you apparently need for the make up case studies eg they don't have the right eyeshadow colours (need a basic colour, fashion colour and contour colour to learn to do eyes ,and they only seem to have fashion colours)). We were told we should purchase and use our own. The "statement red lips" tutorial was a mere 5 minutes long, as was the "smokey eyes" tutorial and the highlighting and contouring tutorials. Honestly you can learn more from Youtube. I feel less confident with make up now then I did before I started the course.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. If only I had listened to others who told me to avoid the college! If you want to go to a private college don't even think about enrolling here.I wish I had gone to one of the other college's where perhaps students will be treated with some respect.

Aweful college. Staff are rude. All I wanted to do was study and get a education and qualification in the beauty industry. I am no longer at this college as I lasted 3 days. I paid for kit, uniform , Never received it. They are still trying to charge me for the course. The management is rude and doesn't care about anything . I'm now studying elsewhere and doing really well and the lecturers actually help you. I wouldn't recommend this college as its a complete waste of money and lacking service and you pay for things you don't get, if you want to go to a private college then go elsewhere.
