I would highly recommend the TaeKwon-Do Ki-DoKan school of Korean martial arts to the community that teaches the ITF TaeKwon-Do style as founded by the late Gen Choi Hong Hi, as the Scott brothers are the instructors and are all dedicated and motiavted to teaching beginners and advanced students against bullying, or workplace bullying or harassment to assist students in gaining inner-confidence, self-respect and respect for others, through taekwon-do skills with discipline, fortitude, perseverance, courtesy, integrity and an indomitable spirit.
