Been going there for years. Had to cancel once because my 85year old father needed hospitalizing. They now demand a deposit when I book because of the cancellation. VERY disappointing.
I have taken both my children to have their hair cut at A LA Mode in Australind and have alway found them to be wonderful and very friendly They have a great team working there and do wonderful cuts and colours

Hi, thank you for your feedback of our salon. As we are a small, locally owned and operated business, I'm sure you can understand the potential financial impact it can have when long appointments are cancelled last minute. Our deposit system is simply an insurance policy so that we are able to continue to pay wages and overheads incase it were to happen again.
We have made it a blanket policy so none of our clients feel ostracised, however when uncontrollable circumstances arise and are explained to us we may choose to review our policy for that particular situation.
