Everyone of the staff is extremely helpful. They make you feel like coming back again and again. they even remember my name each time I go there.

Absolutely fantastic service. I am female and have been given some poor treatment by others, Gerry (owner) provided the most professional service I have recently encountered. Unlike others, he ensured i got the right product at the right price. He even installed the item at no extra charge. Wow - what a pleasure to find someone who treats their customers so well.

I have been here on a few occasions both by myself, with a male friend and with a female friend and i have never been happy with the service received by one particular staff member, an older gentleman, if you could call him that. On every occasion i have experienced a high level of sexism towards myself and my female friend. On the occasions that i was with my male friend, the staff member would address him and ask him questions when it was ME who had the inquiry for MY car. When it was either just myself or me and my female friend he would ask us silly questions and make out that we had no idea what we were doing or what parts we needed. I was not happy at all with this kind of service.
