I was even offered a brand new replacement Audi without even asking!! John even offered to put my grandaughters 2 baby car seats in replacement vehicle. Nothing was too much troubl!.

The high level of professionalism, integrity, competency and dependability with which they operate is second to none. My husband and I have been regular customers of Shant's for several years now and not only has he always exceeded our expectations but looked after us as if we were family. In particular, the repair job they did on our banged-up Mini Cooper S was exceptional from start to finish - and Shant's willingness to work directly with the insurance company made things really easy for us. Extremely happy with my repairs. My little black Audi A1 was not looking too pretty after a rumble with a garbage truck. I was extremely happy with the quality repairs,and i also had some minor touch ups ,that were not ,caused by the accident, which were quite reasonably priced. The results were amazing. I was given a courtesy car ,which was the same as mine , a later model,which was great .

I wanted to thank Auto Body Smash Repairs for a smooth, hassle free repair job. When we had an unfortunate incident with our car, I spent a lot time online and tried to find a decent shop to take my car to be repaired. As a new resident in the country I didn't really know who to trust, who does a good and professional job. Anyway, I came across with these guys on internet, checked out reviews and decided to give a shot. Called first, sent the pictures of my car. Got some honest advice about the repair next day and handed my car to them to repair a couple days later. Honestly, all I did was drop the car (I believe they can come and get it if you need to though, I didn't ask for it), give the claim number, then I picked up my car in two weeks time without hassle. The car looks good after the repair and the owner was professional and sincere. I definitely recommend this place. I recently took my Audi to these guys to have some work done on the door. I shopped around and was given all sorts of advise and quotes by other repairers. In the end Auto Body Repairs gave me the best advise, offered the best service with hire cars etc and also really looked after me with pricing. From the start the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They organized all of the assessment and also provided the use of a courtesy car. The work was completed in an appropriate time frame. Updates were provided regularly. We would definitely use them and highly recommend them.
