Perry was super helpful, listened to what I actually needed done, my budget and delivered. If fact, he went above and beyond detailing both inside and outside when I'd only asked for inside. Will definitely be back!

This was such a bad experience, I felt compelled to get online and write a review. Please do your research and Google the other poor reviews I have since found online. Perry was terrible - he was rude and the place is a shambles. I don't think he could organise his way out of a paper bag. Clearly some people have had good experiences there, but I really didn't. Just please read the other reviews online before considering these guys, I really regret my expensive and disappointing experience.

I was looking for a new local mechanic and thought I'd try Auto Part Replacements after calling and speaking to Perry on the phone, and getting a verbal quote for the work. He seemed friendly and explained away some of the bad reviews I'd read online (there were mixed reviews). I don't think he's a bad guy, but he is incredibly disorganised, ended up holding my car for over a week while it was in pieces and they waited for parts, the work I ended up paying for was over and above the quote, and worst of all, it was not fixed properly and still doesn't work. Perry took his frustrations with delays out on me, complained constantly and had every excuse under the sun for delays, missing parts, and faulty workmanship that had me return the car twice after the initial repair. When I declined to proceed with even more work (frankly I'd lost faith they could deliver and wasn't going to give them more of my money), he hid out the back of the workshop and sent one of his workers to speak to me instead. Thoroughly disappointed, and implore you NOT to use this mechanic. You'll regret it!

I would NOT recommend this business due to poor customer service and phone manner. I am also dubious as to their professionalism considering they marked my manufacturers book incorrectly, badmouthed other mechanical franchises and were rude when I questioned why the oil in my car was still black after the service. I am not a mechanic and I understand this is normal however the manager there took my question as an affront and told me he would replace the oil again however I was not welcome back.
