Ordered and paid for a brake master cylinder, was sent a clutch master cylinder instead. Several phone calls and a week later, determined that the correct part couldn't be found due to being stacked away on a pallet in a warehouse somewhere. Returned the part, but have been waiting days for a refund as "there is a process that must be followed". It's a bloody EFT transaction reversal, can be done over the phone in less than a minute! This mob are understaffed, disorganised and as a result my car still has no brakes and I've had to cancel appearing with it at a show event this weekend. Reg has tried very hard to be as helpful as he can, but overall as a company this place is shocking for customer service.
