The guys were very professional and honest. They provided me with all the options and gave their honest opinion on repairing the old unit instead of replacing it. Business integrity is rarely seen these days. I would definitely call them again when the motor need replacing.

Allan provided an excellent and prompt service in which (after he provided some options from which I decided on) he replaced the old Merlin garage opener unit with a brand new Merlin unit. He completed the work within the hour and patiently explained what was required for the upkeep of the unit and garage door/panels. He also took away the old rod & unit parts for disposal. Very polite and professional attitude. I'm very pleased with the completed work as the garage panels moves almost silently along its tracks with each press of the button. Highly recommended.
