cost double what I expected, hours and rate not disclosed,service as requested by me not declared on invoice although specific jobs within the service were stated as done. An incorrect install of the drive belt caused it to fragment and break. they refused to come to my home to repair. I got it done by another coy. who confirmed the error. to top it off the coy haggled about yhe refund they should give,but never apoligized for the inconvenience that they had caused.
