Avalon Fresh

I'm a local Northern Beaches guy & I've shopped not only the entire northern beaches but I've lived all over sydney including Double Bay, Marrickville, Mosman & Bondi.

Avalon Fresh is by FAR the highest quality Deli, Fruit & Vegetable & Bread shop I've ever been to - why? Because it has the best of all these items in the ONE shop.

It's soo much quicker than running all over an entire suburb for all my regular fresh food items when I can get them all in one place.

Basically it's family owned, great service, only the best of fresh produce is available... I think I remember the owner telling me "If it's not the best, we don't sell it"! You know what? He was right, when i wanted something that was out of season like peaches or nectarines etc I used to go somewhere else for them and I'd be soo disappointed as they were aweful!

I like that I can blindly shop here and never have to worry about getting home with anything bad, they even keep the Avocadoes at the counter with the bread so that no one can touch them & damage them - LOVE IT! (and yes they stock Sonoma sourdough 7 days a week, i like this bread but apart from these guys no one seems to stock enough of it...)

Oh and btw; they're the same amazing quality you see in David Jones Market St & Bondi food hall but 30-20% cheaper.

So basically I love the great quality, the good value, the free car services when I have heaps of groceries & the fact they're open 7 days a week when everyone else in Mona Vale & Avalon are closed.

Approximate cost: $20% cheaper than other delis
