My experience could not be more different to the previous customer. I found the service offered to be exceptional, in fact I took time out to send my thanks to each of the service consultants who served me. I was with them for 2 hours earlier today and they took the time, offered to make further adjustments and allowed me to ride as many bikes as I liked to ensure my comfort. Frankly, their service is the best I have received in such a store - truly exceptional!

Rude staff that subbed us.

I went into this shop hopping to spend money the shopkeeper was on the phone and refused to acknowledge us. after being actively ignored for 20 minutes I left. One of the rudest shopkeepers I have ever met.
