I found their cuts and colours really good. However I don't feel they listen to their customers and they have often kept me waiting while they chat with friends or associates. I could put up with this but the thing that made me leave was the way they speak to their staff - in particular their junior staff. Not on.
The staff were wonderful, the haircut was great but the price was a little bit too much. I would expect better prices for the service I received.
