As a family we discussed our next big move and immediately contacted Adrian at Axton Finance to help us consider our options.

Our situation ended up being quite unique – we bought our new home before selling our old home, which meant that we needed to refinance our existing loan, arrange for a bridging loan and determine a rough purchase figure for our next property.

My husband and I were quite clueless with the whole process and counted ourselves quite lucky to have Adrian working with us. With so many moving parts (and endless questions from us), Adrian did the ground work and mapped everything out in clear and easy to follow documents – and was always just a text message away to organise a call to help us understand all these moving parts.

Once we made our purchase, Adrian stayed with us the whole way through to settlement, working with our conveyancer regularly to ensure everything worked smoothly.

Adrian instilled a sense of calm in us – this was our first big property purchase – and without him we would have felt very much out of our depth. He gave us options to consider, talked us through the pros and cons of each option and the long term outcomes of everything.

So good that Luke drove to the CBD to hand deliver critical time sensitive documents and the managing director (Clinton) came to our house to physically verify identity when the lender demanded more information 3 days before settlement.
