Owner is extremely rude and doesn’t know customer service. He yelled at us and use bad language with us. The lady got annoyed when I asked where the halal sign is on the duck packaging, as if I had no right to ask before purchasing the duck. Staff are incompetent and have no knowledge of their products. If I had seen the reviews earlier I wouldn’t have gone there. I question their hygiene as well. There are plenty of meat shops around Clayton as well as another halal meat shop in Clayton, this shop should be boycotted because of bad behaviour in bad service.
