We recently used this company as a preferred repairer through our insurance company. We dropped the car in first thing in the morning on the agreed date and CONFIRMED with them the pick up date (which had to tie in with our working hours). One the day of pick up we received no call so we called them at around 2pm. We were informed the car would not be ready until after the weekend as that was the date that was put in their system. They also went on to say the car had been "dumped on them by the insurance company" and it was only suppose to be a quote. Treated us like we were to blame for what sounded like a miscommunication between the repairer and the insurance company. Unfortunately they took this out on us. Rang them on the new pick up day and was told "maybe" I would have my car...... I had taken the day off work to collect my car so it was absolutely necessary to pick it up. We did not hear back from them until after 3pm to say it would be ready by COB. We picked up the car only to find a large mess of dried car polish on the bonnet (baked into the paint) which took hubby an hour to remove (because we knew they would just deny it). Also changed the saved seat settings in my car so that the seat folded down on itself when I pressed my setting. This can't be done by accident. Not something I would ever expect from a professional business! They need to learn how to communicate and treat customers with respect!

I unfortunately have to give a terrible review and I'm not one to do so lightly. I'm still waiting, in my 7th week for my car and it looks as though it is going into the 8th week. The communication started off absolutely terrible. I was informed my car had arrived and was being assessed when it infact had not. I have been given 6 different pick up dates that have had to be pushed back each time for reasons that I believed could have been established and informed to me earlier. I am now considering pulling my insurance with my insurance company that does business with them and moving my business else where so that I never have to be put in this situation again.

The boys at B&I did an AMAZING job on my 2013 Barina following a car crash I had recently. Furthermore, after getting left behind at work because a taxi didn't show up, the office staff waited behind for me after closing so I could pick up my car on a Friday afternoon. The work done on my poor little car was spotless, it turned out good as, if not better than, new! Finally, the guys from the workshop even spent 5mins looking for my missing floor mat, until I realised it was in my laundry from having drink spilt on it last month. I would very much recommend B&I to anyone looking for paint and panel repairs on the north side of Brisbane! Fast, reliable service, with great customer service from staff and excellent communications with their clients.

Overall a good repair first time. I had to return for minor panel adjustment. Booked in as arranged and left car with them for the day - guess what, they forgot all about my car, even stowed it away. I'm not sure why. They couldn't even find anyone to blame for the oversight - just left me sitting waiting even though they knew it hadn't been touched. And yes there is another side however it is full of inconsistencies on behalf of B & I. Sent an email approx.1 month ago to the management - wasn't even favoured with a reply. Guess they didn't want to know about it.
