Car was taken in for an Insurance claim after it was hit from behind at slow speed. Very minor damage. One minute after picking up my car, engine light flashed up and car ceased to work. Car has never been the same - shakes extensively. Car a ride off after repair of a small ding that took months to repair. If you want confidence in your repair and want to feel secure that your car parts will remain safe and not swapped out, maybe look elsewhere.

Rec,d RACV repairer. Local for me. Good inspection of damage
and accepted by RACV. Took longer to fix than expected but
work completed to a high standard during the pandemic period.
Communications were good and all staff were professional and friendly.
Collected car after close inspection and was satisfied
with the quality. They did a front wheel alignment after pick
up due to a slight error in steering position. Very satisfactory
work completed and a good result from their work. Thanks.

Not recommended. Extremely unprofessional. Was an insurance claim. One month after initial viewing of car for assessment I still had received ZERO communication from them. Even after contacting RACV to advise & them following it up-still nothing! Office staff actually apologised for ineptitude of the boss who neglected to instigate any follow-through re this claim & is currently overseas for 6 weeks! Have no idea how they are still in business. Avoid at all costs & drive further afield, particular if it is an insurance claim.

Terrible customer service. The assessor is completely rude and dismissive. They didn't install my reversing sensors correctly so I returned the car to have it rectified. Left it with them for 3 hours and was told it was all fixed. Not fixed at all. Called and was put through to management who spoke to me like I was a stupid female and refused to do anything further. Took my car to Mitsubishi and yes they hadn't installed the sensors correctly.

The "fob off shop", I call them. I had to take a work vehicle to be fixed after a series of prangs by an employee. They charged the insurance company and me over $6,000 in costs and I still had over $500 worth of work to get another shop to fix. Disinterested and unprofessional, from the receptionists to the management. Will not be going back and will be advising the ins co to find a different body shop

Havent had a great experience with this place. Car was smashed into and although it was fixed the car door wouldn't shut properly. Took it back and they wanted to charge extra for fixing it although it was part of the accident. Staff seemed bored and disinterested in their job

As our car had been crashed into our car was taken to bds panels to get repaired. Staff are very helpful and professional. They went out of there way to keep us updated on the status of the repairs on our car. They did a fantastic repair job

the quality of work was fantastic and i had my car returned to me 3 days early. the car was very clean and of a showroom finish. the paintshop manager was very helpful and polished out scratches and touched up some major chips free of charge.. the girls on reception are friendly polite well mannered and offer a high level of customer services and communication. i dealt with amanda whom i considered did everything to keep me in the loop regarding the repairs of my vehicle and the stages it was at. all over a good experience will recommend to anyone

My car was repaired through my insurance company at BDS. I was a little bit disappointed at the lack of communication throughout the process, however, had a big chat to the owner who was extremely helpful and concerned with my complaint. The car did take a while as they had to wait for parts from Japan but when I received it back it was perfect. My car was only 8 months old at the time of a lady wiping out the entire passenger side so it was a big relief to get it back and have no problems. I can't comment on the price as I didn't pay.
