Want to buy some goods from BJ Bearings online. Had a question regarding postage. Phoned twice and emailed but no one bothered getting back in touch with me. If they can't follow up on sales what must their after sales service be like??

It's getting harder and harder for him to find sympathetic places which will sell to the public and are not just interested in large industry orders.

He's always had good service and access to great products at BJ Bearings even though he has to travel to Dandenong to get it. In this case it was lengths of steam hose and various hose clips and other fittings. He got what he wanted and had hassle free service. And I think he saw a few things which will get him going on another project he put on hold a while back.

They have a few other branches in country Victoria - Wonthaggi etc and are a great resource for the farmer and handyman alike.
