Babies "R" Us

No exchanges, credits or returns. They will only refund if there is a significant fault. Strange business model for an online store. Can’t think of any business who would have this policy. Shop anywhere else but here. Customer service poor and wanting to fight at every step.

I would not recommend this business to anyone considering spending the large sums of money required to set up for a coming baby and all the following expenses. The staff are disorganised, non-attentive and when/if you can actually find someone who works there, uninformed of their own products. I have been trying to spend gift cards there for months...months!

They have so much stuff all in one place. I just wish I had a store closer to home. They have absolutely everything from bed guard rails to soft pillow books, baby clothes and baby spoons. Even greater when they are on sale. They are co-built with Toys "R" Us.
