Only 2 staff members every time we have been there, they do take their time serving you when there is another person ahead who they are currently serving first. You could wait there a while. But the wait is well worth it because you do get some pretty good deals. Prices are a bit high for some individual items but overall a great baby shop to buy at.

this shop is such a big store and has a fantastic range of products. but i was quite disappointed with the service. i was always kept waiting and they didn't have the portacot i was after. they said they would order it in, but it wouldn't come in till after my baby was due, so i ended up buying a cheaper one from the same store that day. when my baby was a few months old, i got a call saying my 'other' portacot was in! i said i wasn't going to buy it as i'd already bought one!

it appears that this is one of the more upmarket stores to buy baby products. The store is huge, so there are alot of products to choose from, but most of the products are quite costly, and there certainly were no items on special when we went there. The sales staff didn't seem too friendly on the day we went there.
