Babies R Us - Toys R Us

We had a very pleasant experience at our first visit to Babies R Us at Majura Park. We were on a mission to gather information on nursery furniture, prams, car seats, etc, and B-R-U was our first stop. Amanda attended us and provided us with excellent information on each product and displayed endless patience (knowing quite well that it was unlikely she was going to walk away with a sale). When it came time to write down the information for us so that we could do our own research, Monique, the manager, wrote down each item and put together a package which amounted to a substantial saving. She didn't pressure us to sign on the dotted line but rather, advised us to do some of our own research and have a think about it and in the meantime, she documented our items along with the discounted prices so that it would be honoured at a later date, should we decide to go ahead with the purchases. We walked away feeling like we knew a lot more than when we walked in and feeling extremely satisfied about the service we received there.
