The service in the shop is shocking! Nasty snooty shop assistants, no one to help a new expecting parent and when i finally wrangled someone to ask about baby baths they gave me a one word answer and walked away. Very Over priced and definatley not somewhere i would go again. I would rather go to a department store and nut it out for myself.

A very large variety of very high quality products on display with very helpful and sincere customer service staff. Prices are not the cheapest but being able to test and inspect the products prior to purchasing more that makes up for it. Highly recommend to any expecting parents.

Love bunting! It really is the one stop baby shop! It can be expensive but sale items or clearance items can make an awesome deal. The staff are lovely and they always seem to know about everything!

Huge variety of children and baby's stuff. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Products are of great quality but a little bit of expensive. Some items can be found very cheap.

Great range of quality products with usually friendly service If you want a discount you probably need to buy multiple items at once otherwise they seem reluctant to drop the price. But like all stores compare the prices as not all items are the cheapest here.

This store has a good variety of different products with various prices, nice big store lots to look at for your baby needs, staff are helpful.

They even have a gift registry if you are having a baby shower which is handy.

Recently I had an issue with baby bath tub stand which broke (the plastic straps had snapped - thankfully my baby was out of the bath and was safe!!!). I returned to BB with my receipt and told them of the problem, I was given an immediate refund and apology. When I told the sales lady I want to buy another bath, she did not even bother to assist me to find one, which was a little disappointing

The staff was really helpful and could answer any questions, the range of stock they have is really good, can find absolutely anything there and i have never received anything under high quality. It was a little pricey, but who doesn't like spending money on their little one.

In my experience the staff tend not to be very helpful and are NOT knowledgeable! its like they have been told not to give advise! They stock great items but when asked how my highchair worked she didn't know and advised me it wasn't worth the trouble and to get something else. They do stock most things you need and you can negotiate a bit on the price when you buy lots but 3 out of the 4 times I have been the staff let them down. There are a couple of really nice ladies though.

These guys are really lovely, very helpful and great to deal with. If they don't have a product that you want or need, they will find it, or find a substitute for you. Every time I have been in they have been more that willing to spend as much time as I need to help me.

I was in there yesterday ~ the staff were amazing and so very helpful. My sister in law and I were in there and with 5 kids and the staff talked to the kids and there is nothing better than someone who will take an interest in your kids as you are trying to shop.
They had everything we needed and the store is clean and so easy to get around. The best baby shop I have ever encountered.

Excellent experience in store. Staff were helpful but also gave you that time to do a walk around the shop on your own and experience it without being hounded. Friendly service, efficient and staff were well equipped to answer questions on the products sold. The value was fantastic with options to suit people on all budgets. Overall the entire experience was great.

Good products lots off stuff big store good sales and basic prices everything you need is there and i could of spent all day in there

Baby bunting have everything you need or want for your bub. you can get a discount card which gives five percent off purchases. their prices are fairly good but not discount (retail)

I've shopped here a few times in preparation for our baby's arrival. The product range is excellent with pretty competitive prices. When purchasing several big furniture items we were able to negotiate a discount. Service is a bit hit and miss depending upon the day. Sometimes you get served quickly while other times you stand waiting to purchase your items for a while while the store attendants are busy helping other customers around the store. Baby Bunting's discount loyalty card is a bonus.

They have an excellent selection of anything you want for your baby. My niece loves going here. There are toys everywhere and she's just excited by all the colours. They sell prams, strollers, cots, nappies, toys, car seats and a lot more baby stuff.
