The customer service at Baby Junction is unbelievably bad. Considering that this is supposed up be a shop whose target audience is mums and mums-to-be, I don't think I've been treated as badly throughout this whole pregnancy as I have been within the four walls of this business. The shop assistants hover around the counter and avoid eye contact with potential customers. If you do managed to get served, after 20+ minutes or so, the experience is likely to feel somewhat threatening as the women assure you that the sale "won't last" and so "you better put it on lay-by". Nonsense, anyone with a working knowledge of the internet can see that the products are over-priced.

This baby store is not for you if you are looking for a bargain, although they give you 10% off if you send a certain amount (I've forgotten the limit as I was way over it!). They have lovely products and since Danielle took over the shop has a light, uncluttered feel. Every single salesperson has had children and knows what they are talking about. And they are not pushy. Especially great for clueless first-time mums like me!

Extremely knowledgeable staff, very friendly & no hard sell. Listens to our needs and willing to negotiate.

what a great baby shop. the staff were so friendly and helpful. nothing was too hard. they gave you space to think/talk about things with your partner (didn't hover over you the whole time we were there). If they don't have it in stock, they order it in. Will definitely go back there.

The girls at Baby Junction are friendly and where very helpful when it came to choosing everything for our baby. They have a great range of well known brands and most of all they know their products. We went to 3 other baby stores and they gave us the best price. If we need anything for bubs we will definately be going back as their customer service can't be beaten.

They have a great range including the very best money can buy. the staff are friendly and really know their stuff, they did try and upsell things to me which made me a little uncomfortable whwn shopping on a budget.
