We brought some items off baby mode and was waiting months for the stock to come in. They never stayed in contact with us so in the end we went to another store and brought what we needed.
I wish they would have items in stock that they have on sale.

Staff very helpful, and took the time to demonstrate the items I purchased. Huge range of beautiful Manchester available. Lay by terms available, cheaper than most other baby shops. Deliveries available however store-man will load stock into your car for you.

Baby Mode Sunshine was where I bought all me baby nursery goods. My family reccomend I buy from there. I first went to Baby Mode Epping as it was closer to home. I was served by a very rude man that didn't know much about product and was not very helpful, is attitue was appaling. I then went to Baby Mode Sunshine, how different could two stores be ? Well let me tell you very different indeed. The Girls at the sunshine store were awesome. Its a smaller store but has all the latest products, Which epping didn't.

A great range of top quality products at this store...if they can ever get them in stock. Unfortunately we had a lousy experience with Baby Mode, from lost deposits, stock sent to the wrong store and a 'not my fault' attitude from staff.

Excellent array of items for sale in there. Went and looked at prams at baby bunting and then went into Baby mode where I got personal service and the lady knew everything about her stock. She also gave me 10% off which on a pram is alot of money! Very high quality service.
