I would never step in to this store again, We was in the search of a double pram and went in here as their is only 2 baby shops in Ballarat and i did not get any help at all with prams was told go have a look come back when you find one you like and ill tell you the price. I wasn't allowed to place my daughter in the prams to make sure i would be able to push it with her weight and a new born baby.
They told me it would be a 6 month wait to get the pram in as well. Number of people i spoke to about the store they told me they never seem to have the items in stock and when you have brought from them they hardly ever keep in contact and call you when the item comes in. So if someone else come in and you have ordered the item and someone else whats to buy it they will give the person from the street your item you have brought. I do not recommend this place at all.
