I live in regional Queensland and have limited options for shopping so when I found out I am pregnant, I started worrying for baby shopping. I didn't like any pram in local shops and thought to explore online. Its been two months I was looking for perfect pram for our first child within budget. After comparing various prams, I made up my mind for Bebecare rverse xlr pram. I compared various online sites..being first time mom, I have become skeptical and doesn't want to take chance with my selection. Some companies did have this pram but very expensive. Some did have discounted price but then very high delivery charges that even made total price more than RRP. Some had reasonable price for the pram but very negative customers reviews. I was getting more and more confused. Then I found Baby's Choice that have bebecare xlr at discounted price. I estimated delivery cost and it was very reasonable. The last thing I want to make sure is customer service and I read all positive reviews here. I was so happy. Finally I got everything what I was looking for. I ordered pram on 13th morning and straight away received emails for confirmation and receipts. In couple of hours, I received email from Sam about dispatching the pram and all courier details. I was concerned about safe delivery of the pram but guess what the delivery cost covered the insurance as well. .it was great peace of mind for me. I got pram delivered this morning. ..just in 3 business days.. I am very happy with the service I received from baby's choice and have recommended two of my friends who are also pregnant. Amazing service. I was told an item was out of stock and discontinued but when they found one they sent another email advising they had one left. I ordered it straight away and had it delivered to my door in Victoria within 2 days. Thanks so much for your help. So glad I could get one.

Having researched extensively online and in-store which Maclaren stroller to buy we settled on Baby's Choice. Not only because it offered the best price but because virtually all of the reviews were glowing. Having now bought from them for the first time, I can see the reviews were spot on! It is the single best online shopping experience I've had in terms of speed of delivery. I ordered the stroller from work at 10am and the courier walked in with it just before 3pm the same day. I hadn't seen the email from Sam saying that it might be delivered that same day or the next so it was a really nice surprise when the courier turned up that afternoon. Thanks to Sam and the team at Baby's Choice, I've already been telling all my friends and family with babies or expecting that they need to check out BC. I wish we'd found you guys years ago!

Excellent friendly service from Sam and Jess. Items were as described on the website. Sam picked up the stroller from the warehouse and had it ready at the time we had arranged. Will use baby's choice again, wish we had found it sooner.

Sam and his wife provided fantastic service, after explaining that my 5 month old was almost at the maximum size limit for his capsule they chased up the Kompressor Caprice I was after and even delivered it. I would highly recommend them

I had a great experience buying children's car seats. the car seats that they stocked were four star safety rated - the highest you can have in that category of seat. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the price was super competitive. I felt very valued as a customer :)

Great service and good price. We purchased a new car seat for our child and they were happy to accommodate us coming to the shop to pick up the product and double checked they had one on the shop floor before we came. The shop is quite small but very well stocked considering.
Will definitely shop here again.
