This is a great class with a wonderful teacher. Always helpful and compassionate but disciplined as well with the various yoga poses.

The emphasis is on gaining strength, flexibility and body awareness.
A great class to begin with if you are new to yoga . The teacher focuses on developing a well grounded body awareness at a level appropriate to the individual using techniques of breath awareness & alignment. I found the relaxation sequence at the end of class sublime.
