Great chiropractor and great service

A great find! I had neck pain and migraines for years, been referred to a physiotherapist with 7 months of no improvement. In the end I did some research of my own and found this place, they did a more thorough examination and I had X-rays done. I got a full explanation of why my neck pain was happening and after the first week of treatment I got relief! It’s been a blessing! Highly recommend it to anyone.

I recently came across Backbone Wellness Clinic after suffering from neck pain for the past 6 months and finding the clinic very conveniently located to my office. I came in to see Alex in September and immediately he made a huge difference to the pain I was experiencing. He did a number of corrections, taught me exercises to do at home and at work and I can happily say 1 month later my neck is nearly 100% better. He has improved the flexibility and I am able to sit comfortably at work and best of all sleep better! Above all else he has made me feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease, I would highly recommend Alex!

Dr. Alex seems to really care about the well being of his patients and does not just quickly shove them out the door. He is respectful and always told me where and how he is going to do the correction or apply pressure every time.

I have been to see another chiropractor before seeing Dr. Alex. The first chiropractor I went to see gave me an appointment, poked around at my spine, looked at the clock and said he couldn't do much to help me, and then charged me $100 and told me I could either "come back next week....or not." I looked for a new person. I was able to make an appt quickly with Dr. Alex and he was the exact opposite, he took the time to examine and test everything and he explained everything that was happening and why! He even asked about previous injuries I had forgotten about.

I started coming to backbone wellness clinic just a few months ago and have improved in ways I never expected. I had come to accept a level of chronic pain and stiffness in my back, hips, and neck that I figured were just an occupational side effect and result of old falls and injuries. But after just my first treatment I felt so much relief! The next day I was so full of energy I think I scared a few of my students!
Continuing with my care I'm felling constant improvement and relief from pain, mobility and alignment. I also feel much less anxiety and a more consistent mood and energy in general which is something I never expected.
