Bag And Sole

i have used Excel Trophies / Bag and Sole for many years for trophy engraving and recently asked for a bag repair. The service i received was exceptionally good. My request was very last minute (repair a bag before an overseas flight) and Taryn went out of her way to turn it around for me. Highly recommend this team of friendly and kind people!

What an awful shop! I purchased a hedgren bag because the woman says they never break and last forever but the one I got was was falling apart at the seem's within the week so I went back but they wouldn't replace or refund the bag, so they took the bag and sent me on my way with my things in a plastic bag and said they will send it back to get fixed. 3 weeks later and I call to check and she lost my number, the bag isn't fixed and I will still have to wait. I asked for a refund and she said no they don't do refunds and should be happy because they are fixing it for me and taking care of it for me, implying they have no repsonsibility and they are going out of theit way for me which is nonsense. They sold me dodgy goods and deny refund. Don't waste your money at this shop.

Thankyou to the wonderful polite man at Bag & Sole. He fixed 4 pairs of my shoes and engraved 2 precious items for my daughters Wedding....All perfect!! Our family has used Bag & sole for over 12yrs and we've always received great workmanship by the husband and wife team. Yes they are a busy shop and sometimes you have to wait but the wait is worth it! Well done guys, keep up the good work, we need more of these family run businesses in Subiaco. OMG what a delight to deal with. I had a set of keys that had been cut elsewhere and the gentleman was very clear with the problems and how we could retify them. Very knowledgeable and a great price as well !

Always go the bag and sole , have done for more than 40 yrs. Fixed my saddle $40 (needed a leather patch in three places and stitching) ,riding boots fully re soled for $75 leather sole and a build up and new heels. They look brand new. Not that I ride any more its more for the grand kids to enjoy my saddle and boots.

Just picked up my shoes this morning, the owner left them at the health food shop as I couldn't pick up during there opening times. Thank you thank you guys ang girls for all you're help. Wonderful service yet again. Have been going to bag and sole for 20 plus years whilst living in Subiaco. They are honest and can tell you what they can do. Or what they can't.

Until today, I have never written a review before but felt I had to after the appalling way I was just treated at Bag and Sole. I had my heels repaired and after wearing them 100m one of them broke. I took them back and explained the situation to the guy working there (really hope he isn't the owner!). He instantly got defensive and started saying it 'wasn't his fault'. Despite thinking it shows poor workmanship that the shoe only lasted 100m I would have been fully prepared to pay for the repair again, at no point did I ask for it to be done for free. After fixing the shoe, he shoved it back at me and told me to 'never bother coming back again'. I am still in disbelief that someone would treat a customer that way! Don't bother with the poor workmanship and terrible customer service at Bag and Sole - take your business somewhere else!

Fantastic service, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Shoe repairs are excellent quality and value. Have expanded business to include engraving, trophies, awards so now a "one stop shop" ! Very very satisfied customer who will be telling all my friends! Thanks guys and see you again soon :)

Best Shoe repairs and Key cutting in Perth. Grumpy staff, but efficient and great value. Shoes stay fixed too :)
