I get that you may have been closed.
But your doors opened when I walked passed- and your ridiculous reaction at me- hand out stretched and way you spoke to me. You were rude mate.
Lock the doors at close of business.
I would’ve emailed or called my order through. But no.
You lost a massive pre-order mate.... Just because you didn’t lock the door and chose to make me out to be the arsehole. I didn’t even pass the threshold. And you made me feel like I had broken the law.
It’s not what you do in business. It’s not what you do when there are a heap of bakeries in town.
But it’s ok.
I will never bother ever again Katoomba.

the food is nice and you can trust it because of the clean environment and the friendly staff. i would recommend coming here for a quick snack or for bread

wow, what a great little shop the prices are really good value, somethings maybe a little over priced perhaps but the quality of the food 110%, excellent every time i love going there there so yummy, and so so fresh and i love the friendly service to. i go there every time i am in katoomba i just love them, congrats on a fabulous store guys.

Very nice Delights from cakes and bread at a fair price and they are at a lot of suburbs around NSW and i would not go to any other shop for my delights as all is fresh
