Their products are usually pretty consistent and tasty, and their quality is better than most bakeries.

I'm not sure the staff chemistry is very good though, as on occasion I've seen arguing and swearing going on, which isn't great, especially when it's in front of customers. They've definitely past the point of diminishing return of trying to save some money by hiring so many young and immature staff. I don't really appreciate it when they handle my bread with their bare hands after they've been handling money either.

I am a regular customer and buy bread and bread rolls from them at least 4 times a week. They have a loyalty program whereby a card is stamped every time one spends minimum $3 and every so often they provide a free loaf of bread. The staff is curteous and provide excellent customer service. They bread are made on site and they are always fresh
