Our solar hot water system was installed by Bakers Plumbing.The plumbers forgot to check fittings. In their haste (it was a Friday avo) they forgot to tighten all joints. Warm water was spurting out when we started using it. We rang to report the leak. We were concerned about the wasted water and the fact we wouldnt have hot water for the weekend. The plumber was very reluctant to come and fix problem straightaway. It was a Friday afternoon. After 2 more phone calls he did come out and fix the leak- took 5mins.
