Amazing service, friendly staff they saved my little Lily's life. She collapsed ar home and took her there instead of the local emergency vet( who charge a fortune for A/H ). She was severely dehydrated and had an acute bladder infection. She was given medication and pain relief, instruction on what to do if she was no better in 36 hrs or got worse and a management plan for aftercare. Can't speak more highly of them and the bill was very reasonable, even if it had been during a normal work day, let alone 11.30pm.

Brilliant and compassionate staff. They really do care for your animals here and they do their job well. They are also open 24 hours so that is very convenient for those emergencies. Handled my cat with upmost care i was extremely happy with the check up. Highly recommend to anyone with a pet!

The staff there are so friendly and helpful. I've taken a few injured wild birds there over the years and they happily take them at no charge and care for them until they are sent off for rehabilitation. I've also had friends take their pets there and they have only had good experiences with the vets, nurses, and reception staff. It's so good they are open 24 hours too.

I have been to this vet numerous times.When our dog had 8 puppies and they weren't doing well, we took them to this vet in the middle of the night and the staff were so helpful and reassuring.

when i have been told that this vet opens all the 24 hrs i was reallly very surprised, but after my first visit there, i decided that these guys deserves and they are very capable of managing all the 24 hrs round the clock. couldn't find another nice vet like this.

This is an awesome vet. It's open 24 hours a day so in emergencies they are always happy and able to help with your pets. My dog had puppies that we took there to get checkups and the vet staff were really helpful.

they are my fav vet for more than 6 years. all are good exp and couldn't find any fault and dissatisfaction. always help me to know about my pets and clearly explains me what is wrong and wat i am expected to do. highly appreciates their service

My dog had been lethergic for a few days and while at work I received a phone call from my house mate to say that she had taken a turn for the worst. Racing home I managed to get hold of my vet just at they were shutting and was advsied that Balcatta Clinic was open 24 hours a day. Living in Tuart Hill meant this was the perfect location due to is close proximity. I managed to be the first one seen having to only wait a few minutes and was very much relieved by the vets kind words.

I've had over 13 years experience with this Vet Hospital. The staff are brillant and very caring. The Vet Surgeons are skilled and devoted to looking after the animals in their care.

they are fantastic, the staff are knowledgeable and understanding of your needs, they explain everything and they are wonderful in times of need for both the animal and the owner
