I have nothing but praise for this medical centre and its staff, Reception staff are lovely both in person and on the phone.
We only see one doctor there now she can be hard to see sometimes but if I can't get in to see her and need to asap she will fit me in.

Nice new, fresh and modern clinic. Plenty of seats in the waiting room and the waiting room is a decent size. Reception staff were friendly but not overly enthusiastic. When booking the appt i was kept on hold for 5 minutes before speaking to anyone which could be improved. I saw Dr Burgess and he is very friendly and helpful, he was easy to talk too and took his time and I felt very comfortable and relaxed with him. I didnt have to wait long which is always good but they could use some magazines in the waiting room for patients to read and perhaps a toy area for the kids. Overall I think this a lovely, professional medical centre and I will be returning.

The new medical centre is big and has all the modern features you would expect. The staff at reception are usually polite and friendly when they pay attention but need to talk amongst themselves less when there are patients waiting. Now has 6 doctors and you can usually get an appointment on the same day.
