I recommend Ballantyne Plumbing. They recently did my sewer conversion, decommissioning our septics and connecting us up to the mains and they were very good and the best price quoted. Nice bunch of people who didn't try to rip us off like some companies do. Highly recommend.

After a rough xmas with first water pipe problems and then electrical problems we will only ever use Ballantyne Plumbing because not onlywere the staff there very efficient and friendly, the tradesmen they sent both times were wonderful. they knew what they were doing and didn't waste time and were very polite and friendly too. thankyou Ballantyne! We have had an Aquarius waste system for over 5 years now and Paul is the service person that usually attends to carry out this work. It is not a glamorous job, dealing with waste products is by its nature dirty and smelly. Add to that the ants that seem determined to make their home in the controller cabinet, working in a location with no shade and a thousand other little (and not so little) annoyances can only make it harder. I have found Paul to be exceptional. He is cheerful and courteous, always leaves his work area clean and tidy (often it ends up tidier than when he arrived!) and does all this while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism. I am certain he understands the system that has been installed on my property, as well as the subtleties that are unique to my particular installation. There is really nothing I could criticise in either him or his work and I find this very rare in my dealings with professional people at any level. He is an asset and long may you keep him!

Not good at all, they have come back 5 times to fix up their mistakes. The first being putting the kitchen taps on backwards then the tanks not being filled in properly twice, then one of their workers just turning up out of the blue to have a look at a job because they were in the area, no notice no nothing, also the reception staff is exceptionally rude.

As a private householder, DON'T use this company unless you want an apprentice who turns up late and who then spends his time on his mobile being led through instructions to repair a water heater. The subsequent invoice received is a study in creative accounting and any request for clarification just ignored.

I was an owner builder , contracted Ballantyne to do pluming work . I will never use them again . The toilets were installed by a 1st year apprentice with no supervision. the toilets leaked water from the trap at the back . Spent a lot of time on the phone getting them back . Funny thing is they were made in Australia and not cheap either .

They were running late from the start. When they got here, they didn't have erything they needed to complete the electrical work. They then left for over one and a half hours before coming to complete the job. They then tried to bill us for the hour and a half that they were absent.
