Ballarat gas and plumbing carried out a service on my gas heater. There was an issue immediately after and they very promptly returned to rectify the problem.

I found the plumbers to be very professional and the follow up was appreciated.

The heater has been going well ever since.

WOW !!!!!! Tradies that turn turn up ONTIME, POLITE, NEAT and TIDY, AND REASONABLE PRICE. We booked an appointment through polite reception girl. We were sceptical when had to wait two weeks for appointment time!!! Low and behold. Wait was worth it. We have our heater serviced every year for past five years. This was first time using these guys. We can say no other person has been so fussy and professional in the service. Our heater has never worked better. They explained everything and seemed to perform every test they could. Could not recommend the company more. Early review I cannot realy understand???? Our experience could not be more opposite. Try for yourself. Im sure you will see!!

I had a gas cooktop installed and it was faulty, the plumber arranged for ballarat gas and plumbing services to fix it under guarantee, (there plumber was rough as bags) after he fixed it he said you pay for this there is no guarantee it will be $90-, they have chased me for the money and now this week they threatened the debut collector, they are not doing the right thing by there customers.

In light of this, I would strongly recommend that you contact the local Consumer Affairs Office (Ph. 03) 4301-7000) for advice on how best to proceed with your complaint. (After all, you don’t want this unpaid account to reflect poorly upon your credit rating!) ongoing faulty gas hot water service.After phoning reception in morn, was given a time of service for following day..Service Van arrived within 10 mins of appointment time.Jamie introduced himself, after short discussion(how,where,why,charges) he set about sourcing and fixing problem in 30 mins.Advised me that parts are discontinued, would need new HWS in time but may get months to a couple of years out of existing HWS.Account was posted following week, was able to pay online. Fantastic service, friendly,quick and cost effective.
