Ballard’s Earthmoving and & demolition is prompt with me on all documentation work and nicely executes the whole demolition process.
They can't be easily beat on price too.

Tony took only three days to knock down our three-bedroom house. Site has a fair bit of asbestos and Tony was following all protocols and procedures prior to knocking the building to make sure the site is free of asbestos.

They move earth and give a good finish look to the site before leaving.
