Hot air ballooning is something I've wanted to do for a very long time so I was thrilled with the experience! I'm not sure I'd use this company again. Staff when booking flight and confirming flight times tended to be quite rude. Our pilot Ron was fantastic.
The first flight we booked was cancelled the night before due to bad weather and the second went ahead but they couldn't confirm it until 4:20 the morning of the flight so we had to get up and leave half an hour before we even knew if we'd be going up. And they also get the customers to help unpack and pack up the balloons which adds to the experience but if you're looking to show up and go, and then leave them to it when its over then this is not for you.
The flight includes a champagne breakfast at the same vineyard you leave from. Breakfast was incredible.
