Staff are always friendly, always a good atmosphere.
Food is a little expensive, and not great value for money, can be on the bland side.Great spot for a Sunday session!!!

The Balmoral is a regular spot for me and the service and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I did have an incident one time with a security officer however the security staff are not employed by the Balmoral themselves, they are from an outside company. Overall it is a great spot to have a nice dinner and some drinks. Kid friendly too.

They really do a good meal and the sizing is lovely as well. A little pricey for some items, but the rest are averagely priced. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking as well. Lovely staff base and a classic atmosphere.

Nice pub but a little overpriced for food and drinks. Nicely decorated with modern decor and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Steaks have been good here.

Nice old looking pub, which has been modernised, just abit to much. Plenty of areas indoors & outdoors to sit and relax. Drink and food is overpriced, staff are rude and seemt o lack customer service training, providing terrrible service. Under staffed so the wait is long even when it wasnt busy. Disappointing, when there is so much potential here.

We visit the Balmoral regularly for early family dinners with my folks. The staff are lovely about seating us in a relatively quiet spot, nice and close to the aircon in summer!

Our meals have always been excellent, a bit on the large side which makes the boys very happy. We've enjoyed some fantastic steaks and burgers, and the seafood dishes have been consistently great.

On the downside, given the prices, we think they need to address the dry, pre-made salad situation. Nothing like a crisp salad to add a little crunch to your dinner, but finely shredded salad vegies dry out quickly if they're left sitting around, as these obviously have been.

All up though, it's a great dining experience, and after reading one of the reviews below I need to get back soon on a Saturday morning to try the eggs benedict!

Nice building, clean though out, nice dinning area. Good location for people watching. Live sport on tea. Drink's a litte pricey.

Review based on breakfast, such a great feast. Went on a Sunday to catch up with some friends and got a big brekkie with eggs, bacon, sausages the whole lot. I can eat a lot but I couldn't eat all of this. Came out fast which was good because I was famished.

Breakfasts at the Balmoral are always a surprise - you never quite know what you'll get. One Sunday you may get the fastest service, while the next there'll be none. Luckily the food is always spot-on and I can't recommend the eggs benedict highly enough. Lovely to sit outside on a warm morning.

Approximate cost: $17
