Bustling people behind the counter is unavoidable, but the reception is warm. Well-trained doctors who were wonderful with my young daughter. Very nice with the new renovation, makes the wait bearable! :) Bulk billing is also very convenient.

The bad thing about this place is the amount of time you have to wait to see a doctor. The staff are friendly but when you have to wait so long it does not make you very happy. Will not be back.

This clinic does not offer good service. Yes they are open convenient hours, but you wait, and wait, and wait. Never sure which doctor you will get.

My doctor is alright. it is alright I mean. The medical centre customer service is definitely not the good one I would remember. Their reception always trying to avoid a customer until you have wait enough time on their patient area.

long long waiting and poor hygiene. I remember how the nurse give vaccine to a baby just after she treat an open wound of a young man, no washing hand no gloves on. disappointing.

I waited 3 hours, 9.30am-12.30pm, to see a doctor for my sick 2 year old son. That was after I was told that there were four patients ahead of us. After over an hour of waiting, I asked if I could leave and come back as my son was (as you can imagine) getting very wrestless. There are no toddler-friendly distractions in the waiting room. My first request was if they could call or text me once we moved up the queue, which was denied. Then I asked if I could leave and phone in, to ask where we were in the queue. The junior on the desk said that this would be ok. When I phoned in, the senior receptionists made it known that they did not like me ringing in. All in all, very poor communication and customer service. The front desk were not helpful, they had no desire to go out of their way, they had no compassion and really appeared to dislike their job.

poor, long waiting time, the reciption lady was very busy with phones, Doctor was quick when i got to see one, it seemed very busy for the one lady on the front desk
