THE GOOD THING ABOUT BANKWEST IS IT OPEN 7 DAYS and 9 am to 5:30 pm. but when it's busy, it can be a long wait. Some time I want to just make a deposit, they told me to come back in 30 mins because all consultants are busy with enquires. They should have minimum one staff just to do transactions only (like other banks).

I have open bonus bank account for my 3 children's. I was very dissapointed when I check my kids bank account to see if they have been paid them for the month interest. They haven't paid anything for month of may 2008. I ring up the customer service about it. They told me there's nothing they can do. They don't want to back pay my kids interest for 1 month. They giving me the excuses that the system faulth not them.

The friendly staff are always there to help and advice of any problems. I can always relay on Bankwest as its interest are always higher than other banks. Worth putting the money

I wanted to change all my bank details as my previous one incurred fees. I approached Bankwest and was warmly welcomed. That's big for a bank, I don't even belong to.
They offered coffee and took the time to sit down and talk to me about products they provide and explained the best way to maximise my savings through particular accounts.
