The aesthetics of the shop are not user-friendly. I found it difficult to deposit my cheque into the box because the shop was 'too busy'. The staff also noticed me searching around but did not offer any assistance which I found to be disappointing.
I have used this branch a few times and on each occasion have not been impressed with the level of customer service. Although the staff are friendly they are do not come across as overly knowledgeable and always seem to need to check with someone else. Very frustrating experience, every time. I think that most banks are the same though ...
